It's not a so-good day heading forward to me today, who knows.
Working hard does not equal either good results or reviews.
They look the same. I am also not very sure if they are the same. If yes, then perfectness appears in a slightly different outlook sometimes. If not, then all the different perfectness have similar elements inside.
Being courageous, honest and responsible are among the important values of a leader that I would respect. There may not be severe incidents to be happened and faced, but a leader should have these values to assure the organisation, whether it is small or big.
