The too-long-soaked brown rice became fermented and I was not sure if it was safe to cook as usual. There was no rice in this kitchen. So I made dough drop soup for the first time. It looked like a kind of broken boiled dumpling soup but harmonious and just fine, reminding me that the saying of “pizza was actually a failed broken bun”. This blur soup looked good and tasted delicious. Pucuk Manis and mushrooms contributed to the sweetness. I liked it.
