Singapore is dropping its “30 by 30” food target due to high costs and limited land. Under an updated road map, local farms are expected to meet 20 percent of the country’s fibre needs by 2035. They are also to supply about a third of the country’s protein needs. Singapore still imports over 90 percent of its food needs. Authorities are studying the feasibility of setting up a facility to help local farmers cut costs and business risks. It would be good for SG companies to cultivate organic farms in Johor inland. I don't know if someone already works hard in this but if the answer is yes, then that effort is still in need of more support to bring the products to the public. SG has many good things but not yet the food quality for the mass. Current education brings people away from the land. Without rooting in the land, man is not firm about self, and own decision.
If people are even unable to differentiate good food and bad food, "cuisine" is a tale, food culture is never able to be established. Oh sorry, not yet so far to there, as now it is about supply. Quantity first, quality then, or would be never.
Both Eden Garden and Promised Land are full of plants. Touch soil, touch soul.

Kaffir lime
I have a neighbor came from Thailand. She gave me two Kaffir Limes after a quick chat this evening when I wanted to get back from those weeding works. I gave one lime to an artist friend later. That's a good cycle that enough to create happiness for me, in a long waiting time.
