I never take any factory made Vit C, D etc. supplements. I trust the power of real food and rest. If I have more energy I walk outside for sunshine. When I got a cough, fever and flu during the early time of that men made pandemic, I slow-cooked vege soups and hot ginger tea when I was alert. After cooking I went to sleep for a while. Then I ate them when I woke up. In some days I recovered. Actually I seldom get those symptoms (they are not illnesses but symptoms to tell you not to be too tired) since I turned to a real vege food diet when I was a teenager. And of course I am always avoid the air-conditioner.
Last evening I drank a cup of tea so I could not sleep till around 2a.m. Uhm... Now I want to sleep.
