Keep super dull and sleepy after taking two of these in the afternoon. Even black coffee can't help me.

After so many experiments, I am sure too much carbohydrate is harmful to my mind activity. Protein diet helps. If I knew this earlier, maybe I would have a sharper mind to understand those physics and mathematics formulas. And life.
